No included revision rounds
Each service is a frozen, traceable delivery as of its stated cut-off timestamp. Clarification of an error is not a new evidence search.
Future evidence
Evidence published after the cut-off is outside the purchased cycle and requires a separately paid collection cycle.
Next cycle correction
When a later cycle is purchased, qualifying new evidence is incorporated and any superseded evidence state is corrected automatically within that new delivery.
Rush handling costs USD 399 per request in addition to the selected tier, subject to capacity and written acceptance. Contracts, formal quotations, and invoices are available.
Cancellation and refund
Research capacity is reserved when work begins.
After research begins, fees are generally non-refundable because research capacity and computational or third-party costs are consumed. Exceptions include duplicate payment, failure to deliver the agreed scope, material service error, written exceptions, and rights required by applicable law.
